Sam Agnew

Chief Operating Officer

Sam joined Goldman Sachs in 2000. He is currently both Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Principal Investment Area.

Sam originally joined Goldman Sachs in Europe and worked in a number of roles, namely as Chief Financial Officer within the European Investment Banking Division during the period of 2005 to 2008.

Sam qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst working for Goldman Sachs. Sam also holds a Bachelors degree as well as a Masters of Science from the City University Business School in London.

Lorna Pinto

Lorna Pinto joined the Goldman Sachs Principal Investment Area in July 2009 as an Associate.

Before joining the firm, Lorna worked for Gresham Partners Limited as Fund Accountant. Prior to that, Lorna worked in the finance departments at MMC Asset Management Limited and Platinum Asset Management Limited.

Lorna holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University, Sydney and is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
