The Equity Capital Markets team originates, structures and executes public and private equity, equity-linked and derivatives financings and solutions on behalf of our clients.

The team provides client support during the origination, structuring, documentation, marketing and after-market phases of equity transactions.

Working with the Structured and Credit Capital Markets and the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance teams, the firm is able to deliver a complete financing package to clients by offering capital management, product structuring, acquisition finance and capital raising advice.
