Units in the Goldman Sachs Cash Trust are issued by Goldman Sachs Australia Managed Funds Limited ABN 63 005 885 567 ("GSAMF"). Prior to investing in the fund you should obtain and consider the product disclosure statement ("PDS") for the fund, available by contacting the Investor Service team on 1800 812 267 or from the website www.gs.com.au. Anyone wishing to apply for units will need to complete the application form attached to the accompanying PDS. GSAMF manages the fund and will receive fees as set out in the PDS.

Investments in Goldman Sachs Investment Notes are unsecured loans to Goldman Sachs Australia Capital Markets Limited. Investments in Goldman Sachs Investment Notes should not be confused with bank deposits.
